Dealing with Bass & Associates debt collection harassment — what can I do?

I’ve been getting nonstop calls from Bass & Associates about a debt they say I owe, and it’s starting to feel like harassment. They call multiple times a day and leave voicemails that sound really threatening. I asked for something in writing to verify the debt, but they keep pressuring me over the phone instead.

It’s honestly making me feel stressed and cornered. I came across this article about stopping Bass & Associates debt collection harassment: https://protectionforconsumers.com/stop-bass-associates-debt-collection-harassment/

Has anyone here dealt with this company before? Did you send a letter to get them to stop contacting you or go through a consumer protection lawyer? Any advice would be really appreciated.

We don't need light, we need fire; we don't need a light rain, we need thunder. We need the wind, the storm, and the earthquake wordle hint.
