Hi everyone! After reading a lot of conflicting information about the health benefits of extra virgin olive oil, I was curious to hear what others thought. Do you think the amount of calories in it is too high compared to the nutritional value you get from consuming it?
Someone here talked about the health benefits of olive oil, but I will add that it not only helps from the inside, but also works wonders from the outside. I tried using is olive oil good for the skin for skin care - the result was impressive. The oil is rich in antioxidants and nutrition E, which helps combat dryness and even reduces fine wrinkles.
I would never have thought that olive oil could work so well for the skin. Antioxidants and vitamin E are really useful for dry skin and fine wrinkles.
