We hope you have enjoyed taking the time to reflect on your WIL practice. As this is a self-directed professional development learning opportunity, each participant will go through it in their own way and take away different insights.

Even if you did not choose to use the materials to review a part of your own practice, we hope you found something new that made you think different and more deeply about it.

While this professional development opportunity focused on supporting WIL Practitioners with respect to student learning, future models could include supporting WIL Practitioners in their work with employer and/or organizational partners as well as supporting WIL Practitioners in contributing to their institutional goals.
