Sharing insights from your SOP activity

Now that you have spent some time thinking about what is within your role and what is outside of it through the Scope Of Practice (SOP) activity, please post some of your thoughts and learnings gleaned through completing this exercise.

Did you gain any insights into areas that could use firmer boundaries? Are there some things that you already do that are outside of your scope of practice? How might you assert boundaries in these areas?
