I’ve actually had a similar experience. Once I switched to professional digitizing services for embroidery, the difference was pretty noticeable. The stitch paths were cleaner, and there was way less thread breakage, even on smaller designs. It might feel like an extra expense at first, but the time saved fixing errors and rerunning designs really adds up. If you’re working on small-batch or detailed pieces, it’s definitely worth trying at least once to compare the results.
