Have digitizing services for embroidery improved your stitch results?

I’ve been fighting uneven stitches and thread breaks on several projects and I’m wondering if switching to professional digitizing services for embroidery is worth it. Has anyone here tried a dedicated digitizing provider and seen noticeably smoother runs, cleaner edges, or fewer re-runs? I’m especially curious about small-batch runs and whether the up-front file cost really saves time and materials long-term. Any real-world experiences or tips?

I’ve actually had a similar experience. Once I switched to professional digitizing services for embroidery, the difference was pretty noticeable. The stitch paths were cleaner, and there was way less thread breakage, even on smaller designs. It might feel like an extra expense at first, but the time saved fixing errors and rerunning designs really adds up. If you’re working on small-batch or detailed pieces, it’s definitely worth trying at least once to compare the results.
