Hi Carson,
Please identify your food preferences when you register. We try our best to accommodate but can't promise you anything when it comes to what the catering will be like or if they will have vegan choices. It varies from place to place.
At RRU, I know there is a cafe next door to our wokshop room so if all else fails you should be able to get a bite there if what we serve does not suit you.
