I am a doctoral student at Capella, in the dissertation phase, under the mentorship of Dr. Janet Salmons. My topic of interest is in the area of virtual teaming. I am an assistant professor online and a professional project manager.
I have a copy of Dr. Salmons' book and have found it to be extremely helpful in providing some information on online interviewing techniques.
