Chris Teplovs is a Research Scientist and Software Engineer at the Institute for Knowledge Innovation and Technology at the University of Toronto. He combines his expertise in science education, multivariate statistics, and software design implementation with two decades of experience in the use of network-based technology in education to create innovative software for the learning sciences. He is an expert in the use of latent semantic analysis for assessment of online discourse and in the creation of highly interactive network visualization tools.

He currently lives in Toronto, Canada with his soulmate, their 18-month-old daughter, and their 9-year-old pug. The whole lot of them will be moving to Copenhagen, Denmark in January 2011.

Sadly, Moodle doesn't seem to have a field for twitter account information. You can follow @cteplovs to find out what I'm up to.
