Search

* Fix: Search - result always "there is currently no content to view in this section". Cron?
* Search will be one of the most important features on the site. Need to be able to search for colleagues, research proposals, existing research groups, and completed projects and publications. Ideally there would be an advanced search to filter results.

* Customize account creation email to include next steps -- i.e. prompt to complete profile information
* Research interests fields / keywords?

Public/Private

* Change to public mode, moderated registration
* Anonymous users can see members and content

Questions

* Question: We want all groups to be public. Is this something that is controlled at the role level? i.e. configure manager role so cannot make a group private?

* Question: Is there a site-wide option for Calendar?
* Question: What is the difference between page and blog in terms of functionality? Need both?
* Question: Is open atrium completely separate from LTC drupal install? Wondering about profiles.
* Question: How do members join groups? Can you view groups without joining?
* Question: Rich Text Editor option?
* Question: How easy is it to move pages (blogs, notebook pages, etc)... say, from one group to another?
* Question: How should "add custom" dashboard function?

1 hour 1 hour Note checkbox: Show closed cases 1 hour Case Trackers would require a project. The event can be added in addition to the project. 2-3 hour Where would you like this link to appear? Right now it can be placed on any content page. This is a more robust feature and will take an estimated 10-30 hours. Yes, Cron needs to run and we can do this whenever you see fit. We would need to configure a custom solution for this piece and to do so would take us an estimated 10-20 hours. This is something that you and your team can do. We would simply need to train you on this piece. 1 hour 1 hour 1 hour Right now all available subscription options are enabled (thread, content type, author ON: new, updated, commented). Would you like us to turn some of these options off? The system does not function as the push model as no user is automatically subscribed. 1 hour per feed
If you want all groups to be public we would need 2-3 hours to configure this in the system. No, however, we can build a calendar that includes events from all groups in an estimated 6-10 hours. Page is meant to have a permanent place while a blog is transitory. In other words, a blog is more dynamic than a page and our suggestion would be to keep both types - if you are updating the blog on a consistent basis. Both sites are totally separate. We can share user tables which means you could login from the main site. This would take us an estimated 5-10 hours to configure. Members can join groups by clicking the button on top of the page “Membership." And, public groups can be viewed without joining. Yes this option is available and would take us an estimated 2 hours to configure. This is not currently supported but we can develop a custom solution and request 5-10 hours to get started. Set your layout then drag blocks onto screen, then save.
