Reduce stigma and encourage self-care and the accessing of resources

Share personal stories about challenges and resilience, when appropriate in order to break down stigma.

Ask students to share their personal experiences.

Support students with diverse needs or from marginalized groups.

Provide as much transparency as possible in regards to expectations and processes for things like attendance, late submissions, response times and office hours

Feel responsible for rigid institutional policy that I have little to no control over
