Review the FLO workshop

  • Revisit the workshop you actually took.
  • Access the FLO Sandbox site set up to support this course.

The former might jog more memories (because posts, etc will be there). But with the the latter you will notice some changes since you were a participant. You could also flip through your journal from FLO to help remember the details.

Spend some time reviewing the site, and just remembering/reflecting on your FLO experience.

Specifically, you might focus on:

  • the course schedule, to get the big picture
  • the Open Forum, and notice what kinds of messages the facilitators posted there, what kinds of issues arose, and how they were resolved
  • The "Activity Plans" in the Facilitation Teams Workspace, to get at some of the activity design thinking behind each mini-session topic

Questions for reflection/journal:

  • What comes to mind, now that you are moving from participant to facilitator?
