a bit about yourself, and why you are taking the FDWO
a bit about what, specifically, you are hoping to learn in the FDWO
one (or more) things about your ISWO participant experience that you really enjoyed, and one (or more) things you did not enjoy.

As always, you are encouraged to be experimental and creative with technology. You might even consider this a "warm up" or "test run" for the other intro post activity this week (we will all be creating our ISWO Facilitator intro posts). Maybe there's a Cool Tool on the list you'd like to try out?
