If I were to make any suggestion for improvement, at times the background music was almost competing with your voice tone, which is calm, mellow, and easy to listen to. After listening to your condensed explanation, your model could be used to explain going from novice to expert in most fields, especially teaching. I enjoyed watching your video and watched it again to really listen to your words as I thought about how I could apply your model to explain learning math to students who are at the novice stage and struggling to move to the next level.
