Helen suggests 'scope_' followed by the particular discussion or topic, i.e. 'informal'
That makes sense to have one tag for all bookmarks generated through scope, then defining tags for individual topics/seminar discussions. Scope on its own brings up so many other bookmarks though. Now do we use a tag other than scope?
