If you use gmail, then you have indexed messages..all grouped by the original message and replies as long as the subject line does not change.

While there are multiple books on training design, they are not necessarily comprehensive in the "ADDIE" process. Many steps can be missed. Each situation is unique and without the ability of the software to adapt, things can fall through the crack.
I tried to find out what happened to "Designers Edge", but they have not replied to my inquiries.
