I had a look at George's netvibes page. I'd like to subscribe to the page's RSS feed, but it's blank when I look at it. Is it just me?
Hi Chris, I'm probably not the right person to be responding to this but I don't think it's possible to get a single feed from all the blocks on a Netvibes page. Maybe the feed link on George's Netvibes page (comes up empty for me also) is meant to show that new blocks added to his pages? Not sure.

I selected a subset of George's feeds and copied them to my netvibes page ... puts them front and center every day for me but keeps the clutter under control.
