this is my third MOOC. My first was CCK09, which I participated in very little and found confusing. My second MOOC was PLENK2010, which I participated in much more, but still not a highly active participant. I did get a lot out of it though, primarily from the discussions and blog posts. This, my third, I am looking forward to the process but also the subject(s).
Hi Stephen
This is my 2nd MOOC, PLENK2010 the 1st. Although mostly lurking and more lost than not, I do feel that I got a lot out of the course. This time around, I am working at (and hoping to) getting a better handle on 'mooking about' &with a 'k' to keep the hard 'c' sound). 'Mooquing' might work too.LOL
I have taken also taken several Electronic Village Online (EVO) workshops, Multiliteracies in particular, that share characteristics with MOOCs ~ just not as MASSIVE.
My main concern is being out of my depth with technical aspects of data mining, analytics, etc.
