Why are you interested in this course?
I am involved in curriculum management, and we are doing a lot more evaluation and analysis, but it seems to me we are not doing a very good job yet at doing these things in a natural integrated way that serves all learning stakeholders. Therefore, Learning Analytics appeals
What has to happen in order for you to consider this course a success?
I just have to learn a bit more about what is happening at the leading edge, what possibilities people are investigating, and perhaps some good examples and arguments I can show to promote integrated practice.
What else? (your work, your experiences, etc.)
Have worked mostly in higher education the last ten years in US and Australia, doing both teaching and curriculum design work (how can you do one without the other). Am mostly a lurker, but am trying to get more integrated myself!
