Yes, the world is turned upside down when Virginia gets more snow than Pennsylvania, but I digress. I am a marketing professor at Virginia State University and am very interested in social learning; in particular the way in which student to student interactions can facilitate learning. As I began to puzzle out ways to look at these interactions I came across this open course i learning analytics.
While I'm not sure what I'll find here I was sufficiently intrigued to enroll. My marketing brain finds 'learning analytics' to be a particularly inviting label for a field of study.
