Originally, I'm from Canton NY but live in Mountainair NM (by way of Francophone (Cajun French) south Louisiana, Davis CA and other locations
I'm interested in this course because I'm curious, want to learn about anlytics, get more MOOC experience - learning by doing.
I'll consider this course a success if it contributes to my understanding of analytics, adds more interesting feeds to my already overflowing reader, involves me in interesting, thought provoking discussions and gives me even just one thing I can bring back to my own teaching and ed / community networking research projects. Not sure what else but hope I'll know it when I see/ experience it.
I'm retired from college teaching - language, literature, writing - hybrid and online. I do community networking, blog, online ESL study groups and self-paced learning.
