My name is Lisa Deng, I am from Hong Kong.
I just got my EdD earlier this year. My research interests center on two broad areas: Web 2.0 especially blogs and teacher education. Currently I am working as a senior research assistant at Faculty of Education, the University of Hong Kong. I used to be a teacher and web designer/programmer before I started my EdD. I am also very interested in visual communication.
I have taken several distance learning courses before, but this is the first open course experience for me. I am really looking forward to it.
