I have been working in performance measurement for 17 years - ;sometimes as an operations management type mostly as an OD consultant. Partner in a company called ODScore that provides knowledge transfer products and services that have coalesced around mentoring succession and other types of organizational learning. Passionate about measurement from the perspective that it can create passion and action.
