Subject: The book has arrived!

Dear all,
It gives me great pleasure to announce that the book has finally been published - although not quite the form we expected.

There seems to have been some problem with the ISBN numbers. Originally the book was only supposed to be sold as a two volume set, but somehow it started to be advertised as two separate books on Amazon and various other on-line book shops.

However, the publishers have now agreed to sell the two volumes separately and the full details of the book, *with the new ISBN numbers*, are available on the web site:

The links to the ISBN numbers at the top of the page go to Amazon.co.uk and take you to the individual volumes or the two-volume set; the link to the publisher's web site however does not allow you to buy the volumes separately.

So, you can now tell your friends, family (and employers) that the book is available. Similarly, those of you who work in a university can now happily order a copy for the library and those of you with blogs can tell the world about it - hooray!

With much relief,

Chris Kimble and Paul Hildreth
