Please join me in thanking Jacquie Harrison and Bettina Boyle for their excellent facilitation. These MicroCourses offer a way for FLO facilitators to practice skills and experience team facilitation -- a capstone activity before taking the lead on future FLO courses. Jacquie and Bettina were involved in the planning and design of the course as well -- all volunteer and hugely appreciated!

Before you leave...

Wonderful that you made it though the full cycle and published a revised rubric based on feedback! 

It strikes me that this rubric is important for your groups of learners, Leonne. It's not apparent to those who are new to college/university life or are upgrading to enter higher ed that learning habits and skills go far beyond getting through the work. This rubric lays out many factors that even I neglect, and I should know better (physical!!)

Anyway, I don't have further suggestions but want to say brava! Next step is to try it out with your learners and see how it goes!

Oh good about sharing because I immediately posted the link on twitter! In general, I'd like to see more resources like this that offer learners the how-to but also the WHY for what we're asking of them. This video is really great!

Oopsie, something happened with the video, Christina. Is it available online somewhere? It might be better to post a link rather than upload or embed the file. 

The suggested timeframe is that you post your draft rubric by end of day Wednesday, but certainly sooner is most welcomed, and it would be really helpful to have some posted earlier instead of all at once!
