May I add that Jan has been an excellent mentor to me since I started coordinating our Teaching and Learning Centre at Selkirk College in 2011. She knows just how to offer "in the moment" and is an excellent educational leader!
Welcome Jan, we are so luck to have you as part of our network!

I am so pleased to be on the Executive of the TLN and to be contributing to and learning from other Teaching and Learning professionals!
I specialize in and could share with others:- program outcomes and mapping processes
- indigenization and interculturization processes for faculty
- instructional feedback mechanisms
I'd like to learn more about:
- fostering creativity in education
- building capacity for critical thinking in students
- nurturing the growth of the student-centred classroom
I look forward to hearing from our other members!
