I continue to work in this area as well and suspect will gain some value from engaging this large international group. Some questions on my mind right now; How do leaders share goals and quickly form trust? How do analysts link their work to key decisions? These social and psychological challeneges can't be skipped or ignored.  Nice to have you in the discussion.

Hi Everyone,

I'm really glad to have stumbled across this course and surprised at the number of people interested in this topic. Feels reassuring to know the reach of these ideas and I'm glad to be with you on this journey.

I work as Associate Director of Assessment and Learning Analytics at Capella University in Minneapolis, MN. Being a practitioner in this emerging field, I've got a fairly broad and eccelectic set of interests in this area. Here some topics on my mind right now; predictive modeling, measurement, potential of standards, organizational development, critical learnign pathways, scale, faculty engagement, and new specialist roles. I'd love to meet others that work in these areas broadly and collaborate on new developments that support the maturation of this young field.
